When you book online – If you are booking a Colour or Highlights appointment you will need to also book either a blow dry or cut and blow dry at the end of the colour appointment.

If the service you require is not listed here, it will be because it is not suitable for online booking, please telephone the salon on 01242 514778.
If you are unable to book your appointment at the time that you require, please telephone us on 01242 514778, whereupon we can make a note of your requirements and contact you in the event that a client who has already taken your desired appointment slot should cancel, or occasionally we may be able to adjust our appointment times to be able to fit you in, it’s always worth a try.
New Customers Only
For your very first appointment we will ask for £10.00 or £20.00 deposit depending on the service, we will therefore telephone you the next working day after you make the online booking to take the deposit using either your credit or debit card, this is fully refundable against the cost of your hairstyle, all appointments after this first one will no longer require a deposit.
If you need to move your appointment the deposit is held against the new appointment time, as long as we have 48 hours notice.
If you need to cancel your appointment then the deposit is refundable again as long as we have 48 hrs notice.
We do not wish to offend anyone by this, however like many other businesses we are now doing this to reduce the number of no show appointments.
